Which reduces number of boxes sold, reduces income for blizzard. These guys won’t even buy accounts any more. So you remove trading, and these guys can’t sell items 3rd party any more. Many of them are botting to get the items to sell. But that is the only time they could get away with it.If you allow trading, you will have 3rd party item sellers. Now if you were their employee or hooked up to the work network that Blizz’s employee’s uses then yes they could do that. It is only running when you are playing Blizz’s games.įinally I highly doubt that Blizz can legally have a program on your computer that monitors everything you do along with all of the programs on your personal computer. I highly doubt that Warden knows all of your programs on your personal computer and knows you internet activity. If a bot program is like THUD and is an overlay program then they could catch botters that way. The most they can do legally might be, again might be, monitoring for any overlay type of program on your computer. They couldn’t install a program that would know exactly what you are doing on your computer or what programs you have on it. Otherwise they cannot, so the same would be true for Blizz. Yes if its workers are connected to the network and or they allow it because they work remotely. If you are gonna say a company can do it. Much how steam knows when their players have it active while playing a steam game. Now I am not sure if they could possibly check it by looking for any overlay type of program. They cannot legally check your machine for the programs on it. Sorry I should’ve put it a different way. This is utter nonsense unless you can prove it.īlizzard offers a paid service and can refuse service to whomever they want.
